Terms and Conditions Making your order and payment - Once we have received your payment we can process your order and arrange the delivery of your wine.
- Payment can be made online or alternatively you may call our sales office who will deal with your wine requests over the phone.
- We accept cheques and most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.
- Cheques should be made payable to Corky's Wine Ltd and sent to our offices at 300 Relay Point, Relay Drive, Tamworth, Staffordshire B77 5PA.
Please note: Orders cannot be delivered until payment has been received in full. - We do not have any restrictions on the size of orders; therefore we are quite happy to sell you just one case of 6 bottles. Or even better we can sell you multiple cases of wine if you so wish.
Storage and condition Many of the wines were purchased en primeur and have been stored in bond since receipt. Others have been stored in ideal conditions in our cellar. Wine in bond is either held at Vinotheque or Octavian. Some Wines have been bought at auction which have either remained in bond or have come from a verifiable source. Other wines which were purchased by us in a semi-mature state have come exclusively from reliable UK merchants. Original wooden cases Since all wines are offered in mixed cases the wines are not available in unbroken original wooden cases. However you are welcome to request delivery in repackaged wooden cases which will be provided wherever possible (Bordeaux and some other wines). Otherwise, all wines will be repackaged in secure cardboard boxes. Delivery: - Wines can only be delivered to those living in the UK.
- Deliveries take no more than 14 days.
- Each case will cost £8.00 delivery charge and are delivered by a trusted wine carrier.
- If paying by credit card then we can only deliver wine cases to the credit card holders address.
Legal Age: - Corkyswine.com does not sell wines to those under the legal age to drink (18yrs).
Returns Policy Corky'swine.com will not refund a purchase because you didn't like a wine - however if there is bottle damage then please contact us immediately by email to sales@corkyswine.com and we'll organise a refund. We may request that you return the damaged item before we submit a refund so that we can make an assessment as well.
Privacy:Corkywine.com is absolutely committed to protecting the privacy of it's customers. Whilst it's essential we gain information from our customers, such as names, email addresses and delivery addresses, this information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling our orders. We do not share or trade this information with any other parties. We are very aware of the abuse of personal information on the internet and any information given to Corkyswine.com is kept personal.
